Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, your item must be:

• Unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it

• In its original packaging with the seal intact

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Opened or partially used supplements cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at hello@combatclarity.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
