Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping within Australia: $9.99 flat rate
Free shipping may be offered during promotions, as advertised
All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated Delivery Times

Metro areas: 2–5 business days
Regional areas: 5–10 business days
These are estimates only. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, your location, and factors outside our control (e.g. weather, carrier delays, peak season).

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@combatclarity.com and we will assist where possible.

Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered by Australia Post but cannot be located, please first check with neighbours, building managers, or your local post office. If still unresolved, contact us and Australia Post directly. While we will do our best to help, Combat Clarity is not liable for parcels lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

International Shipping
Currently we only ship within Australia. International shipping may be offered in the future.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
